We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
The product must not be custom-made (customized or made-to-order rugs are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or damage).
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or significantly different from the description.
