All our items—especially our handmade Moroccan rugs—are crafted by skilled artisans in Morocco using traditional techniques. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in size, color, or pattern may occur. These natural imperfections are part of what makes each piece unique and authentic.

We accept secure online payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Your payment information is encrypted and processed through trusted third-party platforms—we never store your card details.

📦 Order Confirmation & Processing

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Custom-made items require a production time of 3 to 5 weeks before shipping.

🚚 Shipping Details

We ship worldwide via FedEx Express, with free international shipping on orders over $100 USD. A tracking number will be provided once your item is dispatched.
